ASKED
QUESTIONS
How do tarot readings work?
Tarot readings work by using a process called divination. Divination means to communicate with spirit guides. Tarot readings use tarot cards as the tool to receive messages from our spirit guides and ancestors.
How do online tarot readings work?
My tarot readings are done live over Zoom. We will be able to interact and discuss your questions and the information that comes up in real time.
Can I still get a reading if I have a different belief system than you?
Of course! All belief systems, cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations and identities are welcome here.
Can I have other people join my reading?
If a friend or family member wants to join the reading they are more than welcome to, unless they fall under these categories:
– They are who your questions are about
– They want to ask questions about themselves or otherwise take over the reading intended for my client
How many questions can I ask?
You can ask as many questions as you want until you run out of time! Generally 15 minutes is only enough time to answer one question. If you have a complicated question or you have multiple questions, I recommend booking an appointment that is 30 minutes or longer. If you are unsure if the appointment you booked is long enough to answer all your questions, be sure to prioritize the questions you want answered the most.
How do I prepare for my reading?
I can help you formulate a question but it is best if you know what you want to ask beforehand. You will need a device that can operate Zoom, and consider whether you would like privacy while you receive your reading and make arrangements accordingly.
What types of readings do you offer?
I offer tarot for every length of reading, but purchasing a longer reading will give you the option to incorporate additional forms of divination.
15 Minute Reading…….Tarot
30 Minute Reading…….Tarot, pendulum, dice, alphabet divination
45 Minute reading………Tarot, pendulum, dice, alphabet divination, oracle cards, runes
1 hour reading……………Tarot, pendulum, dice, alphabet divination, oracle cards, runes, and a tea leaf reading.
What is the difference between all these forms of divination?
Tarot – Tarot is a 78 card system. Tarot relies on a mix of traditional meanings, symbolism, and intuition to determine it’s message.
Pendulum – A pendulum is a weighted device at the end of a cord or chain. It’s used primarily for yes or no questions.
Dice – Dice are surprisingly versatile! I use dice to determine astrological signs, time, month of the year, yes or no questions, and to choose from a list of options.
Alphabet divination – This is used to pick letters. This works best if you are curious about the first initial of someone coming into your life.
Oracle cards – Oracle cards are another form of cartomancy. Unlike tarot or Lenormand, oracle cards do not have a set system, but rather each card’s meaning is determined by the artist that created that specific deck. This makes every deck of oracle cards incredibly unique.
Runes – Rune are stones, crystals, or wood pieces each engraved with the Runic alphabet consisting of 35 symbols. One rune is selected to provide clarity or guidance to a question.
Tea leaves – Loose tea leaves are added to a cup. After drinking the tea, the leaves are left behind, sticking to the bottom and walls of the cups. The leftover leaves clump together in shapes, which are then interpreted.
I-Ching – (Not yet offered) I-Ching translates to “The Book of Changes”. It is the oldest form of divination! I-Ching consists either of 50 yarrow stalks or 3 coins which are manipulated to determine a kua. Each kua marks a point in a person’s life and has a unique story and life lesson. There are 64 kua total.
Lenormand – (Not yet offered) Lenormand is a 36 card system. Unlike tarot, Lenormand relies less on intuition, and provides more literal answers. The cards only work when read in combination with other cards. Lenormand cards are best for predicting timing.
Astrology – (Not yet offered) Astrology uses a snapshot of the sky at the time of your birth to determine a person’s personality and path throughout life.

I accept card payments online, and card or cash for in person events.
Is there a refund policy if I’m not satisfied with my reading?

What happen if there are technical difficulties during the reading?
If technical difficulties prevent the reading from completing, we can reschedule your session, or I can offer a refund.
Are there any ethical guidelines you follow in your practice?
In order to have free range when answering clients personal questions, I require my clients to be a minimum of 18 years old. I do not provide false hope or attempt to upsell clients. I try my best to provide a non judgmental atmosphere and I keep all information confidential.
How do you handle sensitive or challenging information that may come up during a reading?
I will ask my client if they are prepared to receive information that may be difficult to hear. Getting consent from my client before delivering sensitive/challenging information is a priority.
Can you refuse to answer certain questions during a session?
I will not answer questions that involve manipulating another person or attempting to take away their free will. I may choose not to answer personal questions about myself. I will not predict health outcomes, or predict dates of death if requested by a client. If that information arises during a reading I may share that information with my client after careful consideration and receiving their consent.
Are there any reasons you might cut a reading short?
I will discontinue a reading if I feel that my client is behaving inappropriately or disrespecting me in any way. If I cut a reading short for these reasons, there will not be a refund.
Can I contact you for follow-up questions after a reading?
Yes! Email me at [email protected]. I will respond at my earliest convenience. If a question is too complicated, I may recommend scheduling another reading.
